THE HERB FARM REVISITED

This case study follows on from the original Techlink Technologists' Practice case study that outlined how the natural pharmaceuticals company Herb Farm became
established as an enterprise. It shows how the company has managed the process of growth and consolidation over the period 2005–2009, and extensively examines issues of rebranding, marketing, expansion into different markets, management, capacity building and production process.
