Testing/Trialling

Testing and trialling is used to inform decision-making during the development of a technological outcome. 
Examples:
Sensory testing for juniors –This unit describes formal sensory testing by students. Levels 4/5

Sidhe Interactive – This Techlink Technologists' Practice case study describes the testing procedures of the award-winning Sidhe Interactive, New Zealand's largest interactive games company. Levels 2-8

CP813 Extreme Makeover – In this Techlink Classroom Practice case study students took a family favourite recipe and adapted it for a recipe book, working with their families, a magazine editor and nutritionist – trialling and testing was a crucial activity within the project. Level 6.
