A Rocky Road to a new Memphis Meltdown

To create its new rocky road version of the popular Memphis Meltdown ice-cream, Tip Top had to devise a way to successfully combine the many separate ingredients that make up a recognisably 'rocky-road combination. The trickiest item was the marshmallow – it had never been successfully mass-produced for a frozen ice-cream product before. This case study examines the process of achieving this feat – a world-first.
