Workshop 2: Internal Assessment Level 2

Location: Invercargill, Southland Campus, University of Otago, 100 Nelson Street
Cost: Free
These are whole day workshops presented by Cheryl Pym National Coordinator Technology Education, accompanied by Mal Thompson National Coordinator Literacy.
Focus will be on coherent programme design to support students to achieve level 2 NCEA with embedded literacy strategies. Each workshop has a literacy, effective pedagogy and programme planning component with links to expanding understanding of achievement standards and resources.
Participants will need to bring copies of the standards, assessment resources and the Technology support document and the New Zealand Curriculum
Note Morning tea only provided, participants will need to supply their own lunch.
